COMPUTERFOX WARRANTY/SERVICE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
NO REFUNDS: No refunds or credits will be issued after purchase or on damaged items unless authorized. Software must be unopened. Printers returned with used toner cartridges will be billed. Any items returned may be charged a 10% restocking fee. This fee applies for items less than $1,000.00, and on items over $1,000.00 an 8% restocking fee may apply. Allow 60-90 days for all refunds. Refunds will all be sent by mail. No Cash refunds. Policy becomes effective on the date of this invoice.
45 DAY REPAIR WARRANTY: No warranty expressed or implied by ComputerFox Inc. All new products are covered under the regular terms of the manufacturer. Used merchandise is covered for 7 days after purchase. Any defects afterward are your loss. Any defects resulting from user software installs are not covered by any service warranty. Always call ComputerFox first for warranty information; others will not warranty items we serviced unless we contact them and forward service parts. REPAIR PARTS MAY BE RECYCLED: All service parts are new Recycled or refurbished. Parts and labor are covered for 45 days after repair. Damage to service parts resulting from accidents or negligence will void any warranty.
12 MONTH COMPUTER WARRANTY: Any Computer purchased from our store is covered for 12 Months from the date of purchase. Any defects afterward are your loss. Any defects resulting from user software installs, drops, liquid damage, or abuse, are not covered by any service warranty. PAYMENT DUE UPON COMPLETION OF JOB: If you have been billed Make checks payable to ComputerFox Inc. and mail to the address on your invoice. All payments are due via due date on this invoice unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Late payments will be billed an additional $15% administrative charge. Legal fees incurred for collection will be added in full to the invoice balance. Interest charges will apply at 1.0% per month on balances older than 30 Days. No discounts given to billed customers.
COMPUTERS LEFT ON PREMISES FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS WILL BE DISPOSED: Any computers left on premises for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned and sent to our recycling center. You agree that no compensation is due to you or your company if you decide to abandon your equipment.
AGREE TO RISK OF DATA LOSS: Any activity involving transfer of data or data files, due to service or repair are at risk of being lost. Please make current backups before servicing any items. ComputerFox or its affiliates are not responsible for any consequences resulting from data loss.
